TERMS OF SERVICE
1. The first 30 minute consultation is complimentary. Once we form an agreement, payments will be made at the end of each day of work (unless specified beforehand.) Long term jobs will require a deposit and payments along the way.
2. No dead animal, feces, beehives/hornet nests, paint or chemicals, or rodent removal. Hazardous conditions could put your job on hold until issue is resolved.
3. Timeframe is an estimate and costs will reflect any changes.
4. Any rental charges for equipment will be a separate charge and will be discussed prior to start of any work (if need be.)
5. Any hauling of yard trimmings is a separate charge. $150 minimum per hauled truck-load of yard cuttings. Dump charges are determined by weight.
